Standard Express
Standard Express is the default shipping method on ClayDIY . It provides delivery services at free shipping over US$50 worldwide. Packages are consolidated and delivered through major carriers like Singapore Post, USPS Post, Canada Post, Korea Post, Poczta Polska, PostNL etc. Delivery date 7-45 days. but Europe, North America, Asia, High probability complete delivery in 4-15 days .
Premium Express(option)
Premium Express includes the world’s top international express carriers. For example Premium Express.
DHL/UPS/FEDEX/ARAMEX/EMS/other high priority dedicated services. However, there is a fee and the delivery date is 5-15 days.
Use a variety of materials for protection.
In case of damage, resend or get a full refund.
Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the target country supports DDP(such as US, DE, UK, CA, FR, IT, PL, AT, JP…), we will be paid for customs duties. If the target country does not support DDP, the customer will be responsible for customs duties.
Response to logistics issues:Contact us if there’s no tracking update within 7 days of dispatch;
If the package is undelivered beyond the estimated timeline by 30 days, we will:
① Send a free replacement (in-stock items prioritized);
② Or provide a full refund (including shipping costs).
Remote area reshipment: For undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses, we offer one free redelivery.

Due to the handmade, customized nature of our clay miniature fruits (each piece is uniquely crafted for you), we do not accept returns or issue refunds under normal circumstances. This ensures the integrity of our artisans’ craftsmanship and prevents resale of personalized items.
We make exceptions for logistics-related issues only:
Damage during shipping: If your item arrives broken (confirmed via clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery), we will replace it for free (if in stock) or provide a full refund.
Failed delivery due to our error: If we ship to an incorrect address (as per our records) or delay an order beyond the agreed timeline, we will issue a refund or offer a discount on your next purchase.
Customization mistakes: If we misinterpret your design request (e.g., incorrect fruit type, color, or engraving), contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (order details + photos). We will re-make the item at no extra cost or provide a store credit equivalent to the order value.
Wrong item shipped: In the rare case of a shipping error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent once the incorrect item is returned (buyer covers return shipping costs).
